AustraliaOne Party Incorporated (“the Association”) is an Incorporated Association registered with Fair Trading NSW on 10 August 2021. Registration Number is INC2100235. We are also an Australian Registered Body registered with ASIC on 6 September 2021, which enables our Association to operate nationally. ARBN is 653 445 188.
For avoidance of doubt, please be informed that the Association is our ‘legal person’. We are not a Corporation, Sole Proprietor, or an Individual (‘natural person’). As an Incorporated Association, we have a constitution (copy of which has been lodged with ASIC and Fair Trading NSW) that all members who join our Association are required to sign up to.
